SCOTTSDALE –– etta, a neighborhood-style restaurant known for its wood-fired dishes and led by two-time Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant is coming to Scottsdale Quarter in Fall 2021. Located at 15059 N. Scottsdale Road in the former BRIO location, etta will be the second concept in Scottsdale from hospitality group What If Syndicate, following the success of their steakhouse Maple & Ash.

The 8,000 square foot, single-story restaurant will feature an outdoor patio and an indoor trellis creating a garden-like atmosphere.  The menu features locally sourced and seasonal fare cooked over a wood-fired oven including wood-fired pizzas, freshly made focaccia, house-made pastas, and fresh salads.   Guests can expect to experience a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere that’s great for dinner with family or a special celebration with friends. Guests will be warmly welcomed by an expertly trained staff and an incredible food and drink menu driven by fresh, quality ingredients.

What If Syndicate opened their first location, Maple & Ash in 2019 at the Scottsdale Waterfront. The luxurious steakhouse serving dinner nightly and brunch on the weekends, has become one of the most popular and highest grossing restaurants in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
