At 128th Street and Ranch Gate Road, the community of Sereno Canyon will offer three styles of residences: townhomes, villas and estates with prices starting at $1,339,995. The gated neighborhood is billed as an “amenity-rich enclave of luxury” and will offer a resort-style club with a fitness center, pool, spa and café. Sales are being handled off-site at another Toll Brothers subdivision. Rosewood Summit Estates: Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes is opening a new neighborhood near the community of Mirabel. The development, named Rosewood Summit Estates, will offer 14 luxury homes on home sites sized from three quarters of an acre to over an acre with views of both nearby mountains and city lights. The homes that will be available range from approximately 4,000 square feet to nearly 6,000 square feet and will offer amenities such as private courtyards, walls of glass and five-car garages.
Each residence will include a choice of five-different architectural styles including desert contemporary, Mediterranean, Italian revival, ranch hacienda and Spanish colonial. The sales office and model grand opening is expected to be ready later this spring and summer, yet pre-sales are underway. Scottsdale Heights: The Scottsdale City Council just recently approved the final plat of a new residential subdivision planned at Dove Valley Road and Scottsdale Road, coined as Scottsdale Heights. Not to be confused with the Scottsdale Heights condominium and townhome community at Peak View Road and 64th Street, this new development is slated for 54 single-family homes, a gated entrance, a community pool/amenity area and trail connections along its west and southern boundaries.
