I reflect on things that I haven’t yet accomplished and then put action items in place – for both professional goals and home maintenance checklists. Also, an emphasis on staying healthy and active, particularly by playing more golf is the perfect start!

A mix of regular workouts three times a week, weekend hiking, and occasional golf is my best approach. Combining physical fitness, outdoor adventure and leisure is great for body and mind, ensuring a healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable lifestyle.

Writing my goals for the New Year and maintaining that list allows for reflection and planning. Comparing my yearly goals can be incredibly motivating and rewarding! I’ll also be participating in Dry January, to create health benefits and a chance to reset after the holiday season.
